Hi! I'm Brianna, a game designer based in the lands of the Musequem, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh commonly known as Vancouver.
The most interesting thing about tabletop games to me is the potential to resist power in ways you never normally could. My games will make you feel special and effective, give you opportunities for community and connection, but will never offer your characters personhood unless they fight for it. I believe that the player-GM relationship isn't just there to keep the game moving, it's also a way for us to engage with power as a concept. Together, we can explore questions like: what possibilities for liberation exist to us, what do we have to give up, and what do we really care about in the end?
