The Chosen Ones

You always knew you were different. From birth, there was something inside of you that set you apart from everyone else, a sign that you were destined for greatness. And so it was not entirely shocking when you got a little older, and discovered who you really were: the Chosen One, the hero spoken of in The Prophecy. What was more unexpected was when you arrived at the legendary training complex, you found several others like you, each with an equally valid claim to being the Chosen One...

The Chosen Ones is a 3-5 player TTRPG about a group of Chosen Ones all given the same prophecy, deciding whether they want to work together to save the world, or fight to be crowned the true Chosen One. You establish what abilities you share, what makes you unique, and how long your quest takes. All the while, you’ll pursue dangerous tasks and villainous threats which will usher you ever closer to your ultimate destinies.

Based on Lasers and Feelings by John Harper.  The Chosen Ones is typically a multi-session game, featuring a progress clock à la Blades in the Dark (also by John Harper), and a roll tally inspired by War in the Year 3000 by Ben Roswell.
